How long will it take for my hosting to become active?
As soon as payment is made hosting is created. DNS may take longer to set up but you will be able to access your webspace by using the credentials in your Hosting Account Information Email
Do I own the domain name I use?
Yes - for the registration period. If the domain isn't renewed or payment isn't received the domain will expire and become free to register by anyone. Please see our expired domain policy.
Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes, you can, you will be able to upgrade to any package from your admin area and our system will work out whether any credit is to be offset against the new price.
How do I renew hosting with Eco Hosting?
We will renew this automatically, however, where customers have expired payment methods we will contact the customer directly via email to confirm that renewal is required.
Can I give somebody else access?
Yes you can. You can add other users to your admin area and give them permission to contact us on your behalf.
How many domains can I add?
Some packages only allow one domain name to be used per package but we offer multi-domain packages and even a Reseller Package where you can add however many you want and you can even resell our services

Can I host WordPress and WooCommerce
Yes, the platform has been built from bare metal up with WordPress in mind. WordPress and WooCommerce will work perfectly on our cloud platform.
Do you offer PHP7?
We offer switchable PHP from 5.2 through to PHP7 and an interface through which you can increase memory and other settings via php.ini

Along with the normal measures like Spam Assassin and Box Trapper we offer a 3rd Party Solution, Spam Experts which pretty much stops spam in it's tracks. This is a paid service of £9.99 per year but is included with some packages.
