Transfer your .com, .net, .org, .biz and .info domains from just £12. This fee includes one full year of registration added free to the end of your current registration period – you will not lose any existing time.
There is no fee to transfer a TLD domain away from us. You are always free to move your domains wherever you choose.
IPS TAG: ENIXLTD
For UK domains (.co.uk, .uk, .org.uk, .me.uk), our IPS TAG is ENIXLTD. To transfer a UK domain to us, simply change the IPS TAG with your current registrar and enter the domain name in our transfer page.
Most larger registrars allow you to change the IPS TAG directly from their control panel. If you need assistance, your current provider can help you make the change.
Nameserver Options
Once your domain is transferred, you can point it to our hosting nameservers: ns1.hpdns.net, ns2.hpdns.net, ns3.hpdns.net and ns4.hpdns.net. Four geographically distributed nameservers for fast, redundant DNS resolution.
Alternatively, if you want to keep hosting elsewhere, simply choose the option to keep your existing nameservers during checkout.

For TLDs, ensure the domain is unlocked, privacy is removed, and you have the authorisation code. Enter the domain on our transfer page, confirm the admin contact email, and the transfer will complete within 24 hours to 7 days.
No Downtime During Transfer
Your website and email will continue to work throughout the entire transfer process. There is no interruption to your services when moving your domain to Eco Hosting.

Before you start, ensure the admin contact email address assigned to the domain is valid, remove any privacy protection on the domain, unlock the domain with your current registrar, and obtain your authorisation code (EPP code).
Once ready, enter the domain name on our transfer page and follow through to checkout. The admin contact will receive an email to confirm the transfer. Once confirmed, the transfer can complete within 24 hours if your current registrar supports fast releases, or up to seven days with other providers.
UK domain transfers are quick and free. Simply change the IPS TAG of your domain to ENIXLTD with your current registrar – most providers allow you to do this from their control panel. Then visit our transfer page, enter the domain name, and follow through to checkout at zero cost.
You will receive an email from Eco Hosting confirming the domain has been transferred, or you can log into your account to verify the transfer is complete.
TLD transfers can fail for several reasons. The most common causes are: the domain is locked with the current registrar, privacy protection has not been removed, the authorisation code is incorrect or has expired, the admin contact email is invalid or not being monitored, or the domain was registered less than 60 days ago.
Some registrars also restrict transfers on domains with fewer than 30 days of registration remaining. If your transfer fails, check each of these points and try again, or contact our support team for assistance.
UK domain transfers are usually completed within a few hours once the IPS TAG has been changed. For TLD domains, the transfer can take as little as 24 hours if both registrars process the request promptly. In some cases, it may take up to 7 days depending on the response time of your current registrar.
You may receive emails from both us and your current registrar during the process – read these carefully as they may contain instructions you need to follow to authorise the transfer.
Yes. If you have purchased a domain from another registrar but want to keep your hosting where it is, simply transfer the domain to us and keep your existing nameservers. Your website and email will continue to work exactly as before – the only change is that we become the registrar for the domain.
Alternatively, if you want to host with us but keep your domain elsewhere, choose the option during checkout to keep your domain with another provider and update the nameservers with your existing registrar.
No. When you transfer a TLD domain (.com, .net, .org, etc.) to Eco Hosting, one full year of registration is added to the end of your current registration period. You will not lose any time you have already paid for. The transfer fee of £12 covers this additional year.
